Green Smoothie!

A great way to start your day is to start with a nutrition packed healthy smoothie. My best girlfriend taught me this simply amazing smoothie recipe, and I just cannot get enough. It is completely dairy and artificial sugar free, and can be easily whipped up in minutes. 

1 serving = 1 pint glass

You will need:

1 Banana

A handful of spinach

1 tsp Coconut Oil

Agave Nectar

Organic Apple Juice

Put all ingredients together in a blender making sure to chop the banana up. Add enough apple juice to give ease to the blender chopping the ingredients, and blend away. This can be a great healthy breakfast, or even a light snack. Either way it's one of my favorites! Enjoy!
